BEFORE and UNTIL. Confusing Vocabulary 4

In this vocabulary lesson we look at the difference between BEFORE and UNTIL. These two words are very similar in meaning (and sometimes interchangeable) but they are used very differently. They are a common source of confusion for students.
BEFORE (when? FINISHED) I'll finish it before the New Year
UNTIL (how long? CONTINUOUS) I'll wait until he comes back
