Cordial
So instead of saying "Susan is nice"; you could say ..."Susan is very likeable, her personality is pleasing, her manners are gracious and she is always cordial in her behaviour."
'Bad' can be replaced by

So instead of saying that "Mark is a bad person" ...you can say "Mark is such an awful person, he can be very nasty and wicked and has rotten manner."
