Business English - Telephone calls

In this business English lesson, you will learn how to make a telephone call. You will learn several business English expressions used when making telephone calls. In particular, you will learn business English phrases and questions for the following common situations:
How to ask to speak with a particular person in a department.
How to introduce yourself and identify yourself over the phone.
How to explain why you are calling the company.
How to leave a message with a secretary or assistant.
How to ask when the person will be returning.
How to say that you don't understand something.
How to ask someone to speak more loudly.
How to thank someone and finish the telephone call.

- do you want to do something tonight?

Bloody hell is used to express anger.
But the word bloody can also be used for emphasis.
That’s bloody brilliant!
This game is bloody awful!
